Eh, when Chara says 'like', she probably means platonically... I'm speaking the truth! Honest! (Actually she can mean whatever, you give your own interpretation of her words XD)
As for Frisk, they seem to be confused by the concept of 'shipping'. Also... what, were you hoping Chara wouldn't hear this? Oops XD
