Man, I really love both Brain's design and his personality! His eye and clothes make him seem scary (to me), but his personality (which I hope I've portayed right..) is the complete opposite! I really enjoyed drawing him~ La la la la
P.S.: I couldn't make out some stuff, like the symbols on the cockades... I hope you don't mind ^^'
